Sri Meena Furniture offers furniture and mattresses for purchase through our website. We offer both ready-made products and customised furniture.
Online purchases through the website are available for eligible ready-made products. Customised furniture orders must be discussed and confirmed directly with the Sri Meena Furniture team.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, materials, finishes and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, minor variations may occur due to:
Differences in screen and device displays
Natural variations in wood and other materials
Hand-finishing or manufacturing processes
Minor differences in colour, texture or appearance
Such minor variations shall not be considered a product defect.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product details, dimensions and specifications before placing an order.
Product Availability

Delivery charges are separate and may be communicated to the customer before delivery.
Orders and Payment
Customers may purchase eligible products directly through the website.
We currently accept payment through available online payment methods, including:

Debit cards
Full payment is required at the time of placing an online order.
An order will be considered successfully placed only after payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Sri Meena Furniture.
Order Confirmation
After an order is placed, a member of the Sri Meena Furniture team will contact the customer within approximately 24 hours to confirm the order.
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information so that our team can successfully coordinate the order.
Any cancellation request or required changes to the order should be communicated to our team during the confirmation call.
Customised Orders
Sri Meena Furniture also accepts customised furniture requirements.
Customised orders are handled separately through our team and are not available for direct purchase through the website.
Customers must confirm the required specifications, dimensions, design and other details with our team before production.
Once a customised order has been confirmed and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Cancellation
For website orders, customers who wish to cancel their order must inform the Sri Meena Furniture team during the order confirmation call, which will generally take place within 24 hours of the order being placed.
For customised orders, cancellation or changes must be communicated to the team during the confirmation process.
Once production or processing has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns and Exchanges
Furniture and mattresses purchased through the website are not eligible for general returns.
An exchange may be considered only in the following circumstances:
The wrong product was delivered; or
The product was damaged during delivery and the customer satisfies the requirements specified in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Customised products are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law.

Delivery
Sri Meena Furniture currently provides delivery services within Coimbatore.
Delivery charges are separate from the product price and will be communicated to the customer.
Delivery arrangements and expected delivery details will be coordinated with the customer by phone.
We do not guarantee a fixed delivery timeframe unless specifically communicated and confirmed by our team.
Installation and Assembly
Where applicable, installation and assembly of the purchased furniture are included as part of our service.
Customers are expected to ensure that the delivery location is reasonably accessible and suitable for installation.
Any special access requirements, such as narrow entrances, staircases or other site-related limitations, should be communicated to our team in advance.
Delivery Inspection
Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
If a product appears to be damaged, the customer should immediately document the damage through clear photographs and/or unboxing video and report the issue to Sri Meena Furniture within 6 hours of delivery.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible for exchange.

Changes to These Terms
Sri Meena Furniture reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
