Order Confirmation Call
After an online order is placed, a member of the Sri Meena Furniture team will generally contact the customer within **24 hours** to confirm the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform our team during this confirmation call.
Cancellation of Online Orders
Customers purchasing eligible products through the website may request cancellation during the order confirmation process.
Once the order has been confirmed and processing, preparation or other fulfilment activities have commenced, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customers are therefore encouraged to communicate any cancellation request during the confirmation call.
Customised Orders
Customised furniture orders are handled separately through our team.
Any cancellation or changes to a customised order must be communicated during the confirmation process.
Once customised production has commenced, cancellation or changes may not be possible because the product is being prepared according to the customer's specific requirements.
Refunds Following Approved Cancellation
Where a cancellation is accepted and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method.
The time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the relevant payment gateway or bank.
Cancellation After Processing or Production
If an order has already entered processing, preparation, production or other fulfilment activities, Sri Meena Furniture may not be able to accept a cancellation.
For customised orders, this is particularly important because production may begin based on the specifications confirmed by the customer.
Cancellation by Sri Meena Furniture
In exceptional circumstances, Sri Meena Furniture may need to cancel an order, including situations involving product availability, pricing or technical errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is cancelled by Sri Meena Furniture after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be communicated to the customer and processed through the appropriate payment method.
